Tx 18 has been absorbed by TX 9 and 19.  
Counties now in  TX 9: Shackelford, Callahan, Coleman and Brown.    Counties now in TX 19: Stephens, Eastland, Commanche, Eastland, and Palo Pinto.
Tx 18 will no longer be a district as of Jan 1 2013.
